How Did I Overcome My Pimples Problem?

You can get rid of pimples by changing your lifestyle and diet.

I had been facing a pimples problem when I came to know about the solution. I had countless pimples on my face. Every time I had to make sure that I have tissues for pimples cleaning. It had killed my confidence. It was a stressful year.

So, I started to find a solution about how I can get rid of it. I searched a lot on the internet, watched videos, and used medicines. But nothing worked. Apart from that, I was not able to eat anything because of pimples’ fear. Those were bad days.

Then, one day, I watched a video in which the guy was saying that it’s all about your lifestyle and diet. This means you can fix the problem by changing your lifestyle and diet. No, you don’t need to change everything, just a little bit. So, I listed down the items that I was using in my daily diet. Then, I searched about one by one. I came to know that a few of them are not pimples friendly.

Let me tell you about the big enemy. These were sugar-loaded tea and coffee. I was taking tea and coffee (once only) three to four times a day. Sugar-loaded tea and coffee. So for me, it was a tough challenge to quit the tea. I had tried it, but it was affecting my productivity. So I realized that I can’t quit tea, but I can quit sugar. Then, I tried sugarless tea. But an addicted person can’t quit sugar in just one day.

Finally, someone has given me a billion-dollar suggestion which is a sugar alternative. Do you know what it is? The honey. So I have been using honey in my tea as an alternative for the last three years. Thank God I have got rid of pimples.

I would suggest you do the same. I mean list down your daily diet and routine. Then find out which one is the pimple’s enemy.
