peace is waiting for you to accept it

how many times do we break down because we feel like God is against us? when is the last time you turned away from Him because He was not fixing your problems? we question time and time again, “how can God do this to us if He loves us?”

the truth is in the verse depicted above. ^

the truth is, that is a lie. a blatant lie told by the enemy to separate us from The Father.

the truth about the Father is He wants peace for us. He does not order for our lives to be disheveled and painful. when we weep, He weeps, because He is faithful.

BUT when the enemy strikes with pain and fear and discomfort and sadness, the Lord is there, offering an outstretched hand.

He is there to hold us close and weep with him.

He is there to make our road that seems broken and impassible to be a red sea road.

He is there to turn our pain into a way to heal and reach others and show them that healing is in fact possible.

the Lord is not there to simply take away our pains and cure all, but He IS there to LOVE you through every single thing you go through.

He is wanting to to GROW through what you GO through.

so do it.

show the enemy who is in charge of your life. it’s not you. it’s not him. it’s Him.

delight in Him. dwell in Him. love Him. cherish Him.
