Creationism and Entropy

Pop science tries to simplify science for the masses, but these simplifications can lead to misconceptions integral to pseudoscience and science denial.

What happened to the saying, “what you see is what you get?” Today’s world sees many filters, AI, and copping other’s ideas. Many people don’t want to be themselves anymore. I am trying to figure out whom everyone is trying to impress.

If you are on social media and using face filters, your family and friends that see you often know what you look like, so to the face filter queens and kings, who are you trying to impress? You can’t stop the progression of aging. Trust me, and I have tried. My wish for the filter queens and kings is that you love yourself as much as your family and friends do.

I will not even try to lie; I have attempted AI apps. I tried a sentence, a paragraph, an entire page, and different topics. The rewording sounds foreign to me. I spent more time rewording the AI doc than I would have if I had just sat and typed away for 20 minutes. The gut punch found that no matter the topic, it would start with something like this “We have all been there.” The other downside is that I have seen multiple articles with nearly the same title and identical content. I can spot an AI article before reading the first paragraph.

From what I saw, people that are real, honest, speak from the heart, and their experiences get more attention than those who don’t. I get so thrown into what they have to say that I don’t give a crap about any grammar errors. If you read my work, I am sure you see grammar errors galore, and the grammar police are larking. These people are trying to help others and drive their point. I am sure it’s not intentional to piss off the grammar police; it just is what it is. I agree that grammar is essential, as is sentence structure, etc. In my opinion, sometimes it’s equally important to get the writing out and don’t give a crap about what someone else is thinking.

Final Two Cents

Is it going to stop you? Are you going to feed into someone else’s point of view that you don’t know? You can probably answer that now, but it can be a different story when the rubber meets the road, and it’s happening. Set yourself up for success, get super excited about your writing, and have no expectations! Be authentic to yourself, and don’t apologize for being you ever! Stop giving a crap about what others think of you, what you will get out of a post, or not.
